At Note by Note, we want to share the joy of music and teach our students to develop a lifelong love of music. We believe in making quality music lessons convenient with in home music lessons while also giving them an opportunity to perform in recitals for family and friends. All our students are eligible for local competitions and two recital opportunities throughout the year.
At Note by Note Music Studio, each teacher works to inspire their students towards new levels of musical accomplishments through individualized learning.

Note by Note student's age ranges from
4 years old through adults
Some teachers prefer younger students and other teachers prefer intermediate and advanced music students.
Whether you're introducing your child to the world of music or pursuing your own musical interests as an adult, our instructors are dedicated to providing engaging and age-appropriate lessons suited to each student's developmental stage and skill level.
Students often choose their own recital pieces which encourages them to find their own music preferences.
There are several music curriculums and different philosophies of learning music. The Teachers at Note by Note recommend which one they believe is best for the student after the initial assessment.
Note by Note has lessons available for most of the instruments
Please let us know which one your student is interested in learning.
If the student is unsure we recommend piano as a first instrument because it develops a solid theory foundation and is easier to switch to a different instrument if a student starts with piano.

Meet our Director
Briana Christian
Hi! I'm Briana and I decided on the name, Note by Note Music Studio because in my lessons when a student got frustrated they were often able to overcome and continue learning by focusing on one note at a time.
I'm often asked, "Can anyone learn to play an instrument?" And I always answer, "Yes!"
Whether you're introducing your child to the world of music or pursuing your own musical interests as an adult, I strive to find instructors that are dedicated to providing engaging and age-appropriate lessons suited to each student's developmental stage and skill level. And that they LOVE teaching!
I've found that when children begin a music education at a young age, they not only develop a lifelong appreciation for music while enhancing cognitive abilities and fostering creativity but there are studies that show for students 6 years old and younger they have gotten better grades in school and have strong careers as adults.
For adults, our tailored lessons offer an opportunity to pursue a passion, develop new skills, or simply enjoy the therapeutic benefits of playing an instrument.
As many of our students are busy with school and other activities, Note by Note Music Studio has chosen to only offer music lessons in the convenience of your home. It gives you and your student more time at home, but I've found that many students learn music better in a familiar environment.
Because each student's musical journey is unique and students learn music through consistency, Note by Note Music Studio specializes in providing personalized weekly music lessons tailored to the student and conducted in the comfort of your own home.
